A3RN Account Terms

Effective Date: October 31, 2026

These terms ("Account Terms") govern the A3RN account operated by A3RN LLC ("A3RN," "we," "us," or "our"): the sign-in at auth.a3rn.com that you use to access A3RN products. By creating an A3RN account, you agree to these Account Terms. Your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement, equivalent to a handwritten signature. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

1. A3RN Products Have Their Own Terms

Each A3RN product has its own terms, which govern your use of that product and which you accept when you start using it. These Account Terms govern the account you sign in with. If a product's terms and these Account Terms conflict on a matter specific to that product, the product's terms control. See A3RN Products below.

2. Eligibility

The A3RN account is available only to individuals who are at least 16 years of age and residents of the United States. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and a U.S. resident. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Account Terms. If we learn that a user under 16 has created an account, we may terminate that account without notice or liability.

3. Your Account

To create an account, you must use a valid email address that you control. You may only create and maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts without notice.

You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or residency — constitutes a material breach of these Account Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your passkeys, password, and other sign-in credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account, in every A3RN product you sign in to.

5. Deleting Your Account

You may delete your A3RN account at any time at auth.a3rn.com/account. Deleting your account ends all of your sign-in sessions, ends your ability to sign in to any A3RN product, and deletes your data in every A3RN product, as described in each product's terms. Deletion cannot be undone.

You may instead delete your data in a single product from that product's settings and keep your A3RN account for other products.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Account Terms or any A3RN product's terms, or engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the sign-in service or any A3RN product. Terminating your account ends your access to every A3RN product.

Account Inactivity: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that have been inactive (no sign-in) for an extended period. We may notify you at the email address on file before termination, but are not obligated to do so.

Automated Enforcement: Account suspensions, terminations, and security enforcement actions (including fraud detection and abuse prevention) may be carried out by automated systems without human review. A3RN has no obligation to provide human review of automated decisions.

7. Electronic Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from A3RN, including account emails such as verification codes and security notices. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You cannot opt out of account and security communications while your account exists.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The sign-in service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. A3RN does not warrant that the sign-in service will be uninterrupted or error-free. An interruption of the sign-in service may prevent you from signing in to any A3RN product.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A3RN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF ACCESS, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A3RN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. A3RN shall not be liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

In no event shall A3RN's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your A3RN account exceed the total amount you have paid to A3RN in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A3RN LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of your A3RN account, your violation of these Account Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Account Terms or your A3RN account shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property disputes.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

If you wish to initiate arbitration, you must first send a written notice describing the dispute to the contact email below. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration.

Jury Trial Waiver: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND A3RN EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE ACCOUNT TERMS OR YOUR A3RN ACCOUNT.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions by sending written notice to within 30 days of first accepting these Account Terms. Your notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. If you opt out, all other provisions of these Account Terms remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Account Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your A3RN account shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 11, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

13. Changes to These Account Terms

We may update these Account Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Account Terms on this page and change their effective date. Your continued use of your A3RN account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Account Terms.

14. General

Severability: If any provision of these Account Terms is found to be unenforceable, it shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Account Terms, together with the A3RN Account Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and A3RN regarding your A3RN account. Each A3RN product's terms govern that product.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Account Terms or your account. A3RN LLC may freely assign these Account Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Notices: Legal notices to A3RN must be sent to with the subject line "LEGAL NOTICE." Notices to you will be sent to the email address on your account and are deemed delivered when sent.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Account Terms will not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or provision.

Claims Time Limitation: Any claim arising out of or related to your A3RN account must be filed within one (1) year after it arose, or be forever barred.
